Bummer, am a bum
Woke up at 7 AM and was struggling to get off the bed and the thought came across my mind that I am indeed a bum. I am lazy, watch too much TV, don't help out a whole lot with chores and if I didn't have this job I would just be a bum on the streets. This thought still didn't startle me and get me off bed, my bummery still kept me in bed wondering about how I can change if at all.The first thing I tried in order to make come changes in my bumming lifestyle was some excercise. I tried touching my feet (haven't done it in years) and almost made it 3/4 the way to my feet. I tried 15 times and felt good that I tried. My goal is to actually touch my feet by next week. The next bummery reducing activity was to get out of the house in time to make it to work before 9 AM. Made it in by 8:45 AM and am proud of it.
Another bummery squelcher am planning on is a daily walk. I doubt it will be daily though.
On the chores front, I have decided to do more laundry and then go from there. I am not sure if the quality of my choring will be good though, but have to keep trying to unbum myself.
